Adding Fields to the Outlook Plugin (Add to Work)

I would like it if we could add fields to the outlook plugin when trying to use the "Add to Work" feature. For example, if we wanted to automatically add a customized reminder notification. For example, our Project Managers would like to receive an email request from a client/internally, and use the plugin to immediately add it as a task. These tasks are going to need an email reminder, and it would be nice to be able to have the option to select a reminder directly from the plugin rather than having to go to the task, click edit, etc.
