We are having tons of issues in terms of trying to do something like an
hours report group by the team assigned. We are trying to see what the
total amount of tasks are per team (including if there is a specific
team member assigned), and the hours associated with it. There doesn't
seem to be a clean way to get this! Help please!
Within the Projects tab and Projects I own/am on/etc., you can only sort
by clicking the column header. We have a few teams who I have taught to
treat this page like a report gathering high level project information.
This being the case, it would be great to be able to custom sort like in
a report so we can add multiple layers of sorting.
At this moment, i did not see if either. A little simple advice that you
may be doing (I honestly just didn't think of it at first), just do a
print to PDF...I was able to get it to fit properly and print to a PDF,
and it looked just like an exported report. I cried a little after I
realized I forgot about this
Unless I am wrong, I am just realizing that the settings option to
adjust what you see when you login and all that fun stuff has not
updated with the Workfront new experience. Right? I am trying to get
people to open up to something other than the work list/home page, and
the setting is not working.
@Daryl March, Since I wrote this, I actually find the baselining
functionality and created a pretty cool view with fields to show the
changes. The two highlighted fields are custom to show what happened and
who caused it (usually client 🙂 ).
