Adobe Sign module not pulling all recent changes correctly

Level 2

We have a few scenarios running to create and get pdfs signed. As a last step I have a scenario to get the completed pdfs to be stored in the original request in Workfront.

However, the scenario I have to search for signed Adobe Sign agreements isn't finding the recently updated agreements automatically. I have it set to run at regular intervals, but it never finds any updated agreements. Only when I go in and choose a set start date (a week or 2 back) and manually run the scenario, it then finds the updated agreements and stores them.

Our vendor suggested it could be the scenario and Adobe Sign having differing time stamps. I have attempted to make the Adobe Sign account we use have a matching time zone to our fusion system, but it doesn't seem to affect the time stamp I see the signed agreements are marked with.

I used to have the scenario run every 5 minutes, and have changed it to every few hours in an attempt to make up for the time discrepancy but so far it doesn't seem to be helping.  I think if I set it to run once a day it might work, but I would rather fix the time mismatch so it can run more frequently.

Has anyone else run into this and found a solution?

I would recommend opening a Support Case with our Workfront Support team for them to take a look at the examples you have. They can often hop on a call to review the conditions of the behavior you are seeing in real time.
