Welcome to all the new members who joined this month! We’re excited to have you in the Adobe Workfront Community🎉. Whether you’re brand new or have been here a while, this space is all about learning, sharing, and connecting with peers who get what you do every day.

In a world where so much is automated and AI-driven, this space is different — it’s built on humans helping humans. Every question asked, every tip shared, every reply left here makes a real difference.

If you’re new, this is your first touchpoint — and we’re truly glad you’re here. Think of this thread as a friendly café table where you can pull up a chair, say hi, and get to know others who “get” what you do. To get started, share:

  • What company and role are you in
  • Which feature you’re using most
  • One area you want to get better at
  • How long have you been working with WF
  • How long have you been using WF

And give us your answer to this month's Ice Breaker question for all to kick things off:
👉What’s the one Workfront feature you can’t imagine your workday without?

If you’re already part of the community, jump in too — share a tip, answer a question, or just welcome someone new. Every reply makes this space more valuable for everyone.

We are assigning veteran SMEs in a round-robin fashion, and they will be your primary point of contact for any operational or community-related issues.

Hi everyone,

I’m Kautuk Sahni, and I am managing the AEM and WF community in Adobe. I’ve been with Adobe for nearly 13 years, starting my journey as a Software Engineer before moving into community management. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting product communities, and I’m truly excited to now work with this amazing group. Outside of work, I’m a big sports enthusiast kautuk_sahni_0-1759738925677.png (Tennis is my favorite!) and also love cooking and exploring new cuisines. So if you’ve got a favorite recipe, feel free to share — I’m always up for trying something new.

I’m really looking forward to connecting with you all and helping this community grow into an even more engaging, supportive space. Please don’t hesitate to reach out anytime. I’m here to listen, learn, and support.

Hi! My name is Alisha and I work in health insurance as a BSA. We've been using Workfront since April, and had consultants help us set up Fusion scenarios. Right now, I'm most interested in learning Fusion so I can support those existing scenarios and set up new ones. Thanks!

Hi @AlishaSa, welcome aboard! 👋

Great to have you here, it’s good that you’re diving into Fusion! Since your team already has scenarios in place, learning to maintain and extend them is a fantastic next step. The community has plenty of members experienced with Fusion, so you’ll find lots of practical insights and examples here. Looking forward to hearing how your Fusion journey goes and what new automations you create!

Hi everyone! My name is Diana L, I am a Project Management Director at a strategy consulting/creative design firm. My favourite and most used WF feature is definitely the Workload Balancer within the Resource Management tools. Its a view our team uses on a daily basis to manage creative team workload and plan into the future.

Hi @DianaLe1 , welcome aboard! It’s great to have someone from the consulting and creative side here. Your experience using Workload Balancer daily sounds like a masterclass in practical resource planning. That feature is a game-changer when managing creative workloads and forecasting capacity.

Hi Kautuk, I noticed with the recent Workfront update, my view for Workload Balancer is different and there is new "BDG" column (which in my case is showing 0 for every role). Where can I find information on what this number is and how to input values so the data displayed is actually useful to me? Right now, the information I was getting from that view (to see variance between planned and available hours) is no longer showing up.

@DianaLe1 I would recommend creating this as a question in the community here. Our Advisors, super users, would help you with this.

Good Morning, My name is Nat and work for Lily's Kitchen, we have just transitioned to WF specifically for its proofing approvals (we used to use Proof HQ before Adobe acquired it). Really looking forward to looking into the wider features of this platform and applying them to our processes.

@NatFr

Hi Nat, welcome aboard! That’s great to hear, transitioning from ProofHQ to Workfront is such a natural step, especially since the proofing capabilities are now so well integrated into the platform. You’ll find that expanding into other features like automation, resource planning, and reporting really amplifies the value of approvals.

Curious, now that you’ve settled into Proofing within Workfront, are there any specific workflows or features you’re most excited to explore next?

Hello!

My name is Bryna (rhymes with "China") Jones-Joyce, and I'm the Digital and Creative Project Manager for the NRG Internal Creative Team. I am also one of the admins for our team and learning the "behind the curtain" functions of this awesome tool.

I am considered a "super-user" as my previous job at Elevance Health, I managed 513 projects on the daily. Managed is a loose word....kept up as best as I could was more like it! 🙂 But it gave me such great knowledge and appreciate for Workfront! My job before that was with Wunderman Thompson supporting Best Buy. So I have been using Workfront going on four years. RoboHead and some proprietary programs was what I used in my long career as a PM.

The feature I use the most are my various dashboards...helps me keep track of my day-to-day.

I want to be a better admin...be able to help everyone on my team with any issues or training they may need. Also to learn fusion. I only used it for certain aspects in my previous job. I want to use it for other purposes as I learned in an Adobe Training a couple of weeks ago. Fusion is amazing!

So thank you for the welcome and I look forward to learning from all of you! Have a great day!
