Welcome to all the new members who joined this month! We’re excited to have you in the Adobe Workfront Community🎉. Whether you’re brand new or have been here a while, this space is all about learning, sharing, and connecting with peers who get what you do every day.
In a world where so much is automated and AI-driven, this space is different — it’s built on humans helping humans. Every question asked, every tip shared, every reply left here makes a real difference.
If you’re new, this is your first touchpoint — and we’re truly glad you’re here. Think of this thread as a friendly café table where you can pull up a chair, say hi, and get to know others who “get” what you do. To get started, share:
And give us your answer to this month's Ice Breaker question for all to kick things off:
👉What’s the one Workfront feature you can’t imagine your workday without?
✨ If you’re already part of the community, jump in too — share a tip, answer a question, or just welcome someone new. Every reply makes this space more valuable for everyone.
We are assigning veteran SMEs in a round-robin fashion, and they will be your primary point of contact for any operational or community-related issues.
Buddies for this month: @skyehansen , @Rafal_Bainie, @lgaertner, @Richard__Carlson, @imgrund, @KellieGardner, @JustinRenteria2, @NathanJo1, @Alex_Di and@cverges-medallia
Hi everyone,
I’m Kautuk Sahni, and I am managing the AEM and WF community in Adobe. I’ve been with Adobe for nearly 13 years, starting my journey as a Software Engineer before moving into community management. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting product communities, and I’m truly excited to now work with this amazing group. Outside of work, I’m a big sports enthusiast (Tennis is my favorite!) and also love cooking and exploring new cuisines. So if you’ve got a favorite recipe, feel free to share — I’m always up for trying something new.
I’m really looking forward to connecting with you all and helping this community grow into an even more engaging, supportive space. Please don’t hesitate to reach out anytime. I’m here to listen, learn, and support.
Hello! I'm Jerry M, I work in Operations at an Advertising Agency. Brand new to Workfront and helping to transition our company from another platform.
Excited to learn how we can take full advantage of WF and customize it to do more for us to support workflows, tracking and reporting.
Looking forward to hearing tip and tricks from this community!
Hi @JerryMe, welcome to the community! 👋
It’s great to have you here. Transitioning from another platform to Workfront is always an exciting journey. You’ll quickly find that WF offers incredible flexibility for optimizing workflows, tracking, and reporting once you start tailoring it to your team’s needs. Looking forward to hearing how your implementation progresses and any creative customizations you discover along the way!

Hi! My name is Alisha and I work in health insurance as a BSA. We've been using Workfront since April, and had consultants help us set up Fusion scenarios. Right now, I'm most interested in learning Fusion so I can support those existing scenarios and set up new ones. Thanks!
Hi @AlishaSa, welcome aboard! 👋
Great to have you here, it’s good that you’re diving into Fusion! Since your team already has scenarios in place, learning to maintain and extend them is a fantastic next step. The community has plenty of members experienced with Fusion, so you’ll find lots of practical insights and examples here. Looking forward to hearing how your Fusion journey goes and what new automations you create!

Hi everyone! My name is Diana L, I am a Project Management Director at a strategy consulting/creative design firm. My favourite and most used WF feature is definitely the Workload Balancer within the Resource Management tools. Its a view our team uses on a daily basis to manage creative team workload and plan into the future.
Hi @DianaLe1 , welcome aboard! It’s great to have someone from the consulting and creative side here. Your experience using Workload Balancer daily sounds like a masterclass in practical resource planning. That feature is a game-changer when managing creative workloads and forecasting capacity.
