• Excel file processing automation creates Workfront issues from shared drive files, handling 3-300 daily error records and routing them to appropriate teams
• Workfront to ServiceNow integration enables seamless ticket creation and bidirectional updates between systems while keeping teams in their preferred platforms
• Project naming automation ensures consistency by automatically formatting names with program information and current year
• Login notification system monitors license usage and alerts business leaders about inactive users over 90 days
