You can pull the data of yesterday and add them to your previous ytd figures (in Excel). But this will not work for a lot of metrics like unique visitors, returning visitors, conversions, etc..

Same here, I think the sort order in the dashboard is always "high to low".A workaround is making a calculated metric like : visits_from_low_to_high = "visits - visits - visits" (- = minus). This way the pages with the least (visit) activity will be sorted on top. Good luck,Martijn

When a visitor visits that page in June he is excluded in your first period of May but included in the second period. His visits for May are also included in the second period because he is within the segment this time. Hope this makes sense.

It depends on your segment. For example, if the segment only includes visitors with 5 or more visits in your reporting period the second period (May 1st until July 16th) will inlcude more visitors and this will influence the data for May as well.
