Hi Aline, You can not schedule it for the 28th of each month? A last month report will contain the data you are looking for. Cheers,Martijn

Hi Nick, I don't think it is possible in Ad Hoc. Can't you make the report in Data Warehouse or Report Builder? Report Builder has similar restrictions but it is easier to extract all the rows that you need (e.g. 1-50.000, 50.001-100.000, etc..). Cheers,Martijn

Well, I did some experiments with one of our sites and as soon as the report goes 1 day into the future I lose 8 million pageviews (about 30% of the total pageviews). So, I have just expierenced the same issue! A temporary solution could be to do a monthly breakdown and manually sum up the pageviews in excel, this seems to work.Martijn

Hi Toby,Are there any segments applied in this report? It is possible that a segment excludes some visits / visitors because of the (different) future date.Cheers,Martijn

If you segment by hit yes, not if you segment by visit or visitor.

Hi, doesn't the FullPath report show the visits where only page A and Page B were visited? The FallOut report shows all the visits where "Page A then Page B" were part of a sequence. Cheers,Martijn

Hi David,You can make your own segments in Adobe analytics or Ad Hoc analytics with the dimension “Time Spent per Visit – granular” and use them as metrics. In Adobe analytics this would not be very useful because you would have to make a report for every segment (you could put them all-in one dashboard though). But if you have access to Datawarehouse or Ad Hoc Analytics you can put all the segments as metrics in one report.Don’t forget to exclude the visits with 0 seconds; these are the single ...

For some reason the pageviews from the first visit of first time visitors are included in the total pageviews; hence the inflation of the pageviews per visit. You can make a segment which excludes visits with visit nr = 1; that should do the trick. I don't know what you want to do with the result but keep in mind that you are strictly talking about visits here. Not visitors. In one report the same visitor can be in all the return frequency periods and in all the referrer types as well. He can hav...

This is a little bit difficult in Sitecatalyst. You can make a product report and do a breakdown for each product by "visitor analysis->visitor conversion->hour of day". The other way around is not possible as far as I know. Datawarehouse would be a better solution if you have access to it. Just select Product, (Day), Hour of Day and the metrics you want. It is also possible to do it in Adhoc. Hope this helps.

You can pull the data of yesterday and add them to your previous ytd figures (in Excel). But this will not work for a lot of metrics like unique visitors, returning visitors, conversions, etc..

Hi Jessica,From my experience, the main reason that email traffic ends up in the "None" bucket is secure browsing (https) with web based email like gmail. Traffic from secure browsing can be identified as direct traffic because it loses the referrer. Social traffic can end up as direct traffic as well if a url shortened. (like t.co for Twitter) is used.Another reason might be a cookie wall. If not implemented correctly, visitors that have to "go through" a cookie wall on your website can lose th...

Hi Kelso,If you have access to Datawarehouse you could extract "Visitor ID" and "total seconds spent" for the required period. Then you can add the segments (1 minute, 2 minutes, etc..) that you are looking for and group the visitors by your segment. You could do this in Excel for example. It might get problematic if you have a lot of unique visitors (+/- 1 million) because of the file size. But I don't see an option with the other tools, maybe others do.Martijn

Same here, I think the sort order in the dashboard is always "high to low".A workaround is making a calculated metric like : visits_from_low_to_high = "visits - visits - visits" (- = minus). This way the pages with the least (visit) activity will be sorted on top. Good luck,Martijn

Maybe an example can explain this better.Visit history of a visitor for the period May,1 – July, 16: May, 3Visit 1 : www.yourwebsite.comVisit 2 : www.yourwebsite.com/page2 June 4,Visit 1 : www.yourwebsite.comVisit 2 : www.yourwebsite.com/IT_support_centre Based on your segment, he is excluded for the reporting period of May because he did not visit the page IT support centre. However, he is included in the segment for the period May,1 – July, 16 because he did visit the page IT support centre. B...

When a visitor visits that page in June he is excluded in your first period of May but included in the second period. His visits for May are also included in the second period because he is within the segment this time. Hope this makes sense.

It depends on your segment. For example, if the segment only includes visitors with 5 or more visits in your reporting period the second period (May 1st until July 16th) will inlcude more visitors and this will influence the data for May as well.

If you have access to Datawarehouse you could extract "Visitor ID" and "total seconds spent" for a month. Then you can calculate average time spent and calalculate the % of visitors above 20% of that average time (Excel). This should be fairly easy but doesn't give you a segment. It might get problematic if you have a lot of unique visitors (+/- 1 million) because of the file size. But I don't see an option with the other tools, maybe others do.

You're welcome. The coat-men url really should not appear in the results. Maybe you did not 'apply'' the segment after you changed it? A picture of your segment woul help.On a side note, it is better to use the page name instead of the url when creating a segment. Url's change more often than page names.Cheers,Martijn

I see. You probably have the segment at the level of "visitor" or "visit". You will see all other pages of a visitor or during a visit (on a product/shoes pages) as well.Change it to "Hit". You can find this under "Definitions" in the drop down box "Show". Cheers,Martijn

HI GL, The PAGE segment should work if the Page name is correct. Take a look at the source code of a page you want to include and check if gwa_pagename contains "/product/shoes/". The PAGE URL segment should work without conditions. Can you post a picture of the segment? Cheers,Martijn

Thanks a lot, that was the cause indeed. I was so focussed on the percentages and didn't realize they would change as well because of the decrease in the firts page inflow when turning of the repeat instances. Cheers,Martijn

Thanks, double checked it but everything is the same. The starting views are the same as well, it is the next page that differs a lot.Maybe there is some fundamental difference in these reports between Sitecatalyst and Adhoc?

Hi,When I compare the Next Page flow report in Sitecatalyst with the same report in Adhoc analysis, there are quite a lot of differences. For example, starting from the Homepage (500.000 views):-Exited Site (as next page) is 4% in Adhoc and 28% in Sitecatalyst.-Homepage (as next page) is 27% in Adhoc and does not appear in Sitecatalyst.I know the figures between Adhoc and Sitecatalyst don't always add up but these differences are huge.Does anyone have an explanation for this? Cheers,Martijn
