Could someone help explain why the mobile view doesn't reflow content in a better order by default. I'll try and explain. Desktop ViewImage | TextText | ImageImage | Text Mobile ViewImageTextTextImageImageText Then when i try and move the elements in mobile view only it affects the desktop view. I've used systems before where this functionality was built in out the box. I'm hoping it's an easy fix or setting we've missed. PreviewFixed Mobile = Broken DesktopFixed MobileMobileDesktop

Hello David, Thanks for coming back to me, so i can see the Legacy editor and created the plain text email. So i realised you can do this in the standard editor also.. If i have to edit each profile to receive plain text only that's not the same solution as ACC, as in that it seems you can set the delivery of an Activity to only send plain text. Is it possible to edit the properties in delivery? ThanksDave

This has been answered on the Campaign Classic board but the solution isn't available on standard as far as i can tell... I'd like to send an email to a group that just contains plain text, no html elements. Ideally this would be part of a workflow as a follow up email to opens of first email etc. Any help, would be greatly appreciated. Previous answer: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-classic-questions/sending-a-quot-plain-text-only-quot-email/qaq-p/311391 ThanksD...

Also delete after import would suggest the data had been imported but since it fails then it should be in there still. @sukrity_Wadha this seems like a bug that needs fixing or not ticked by default.?

This is good news. The fact that just over half of the questions posted on here have been answered shows the support is needed. That and the fact the system is so unfriendly to use, so many error codes that have little or no meaning to the end user and when you try and search for the code it brings you here and then no answer. Hopefully the ticketing system will help, and i hope you also have the ability to log in to a user system and check errors/faults.

HI Sukrity, i tried this and it doesn't work. I even created a profile manually, exported that profile to get the example profile for the others to match and i get an error. The workflow aspect of importing contacts is awful.

I get various errors and this is the latest: WKF-560029 The document types of inbound events ('' and 'head:profile') are incompatible (step 'Update data 2'). Unable to perform the operation. Seems like such a convoluted system, something which on other systems i've used in the past is a simple import, with a response from the system to say data matches or doesn't then append to add new profiles. Another error: PGS-220000

We've just done a warm up and had to create audiences with an incremental increase in profiles. Then send the email to different audiences over the course of a week

Hello, i'm completely stuck with the system, we have an account which was setup by HQ and training (i assume) given to staff their, he then left and i don't think the knowledge of the system was passed on. I'm having issues with importing profiles via a workflow. The workflow was setup and we were told, just add the new .csv file and run the workflow however we get an error and even created a "simple" workflow produces errors with a code which requires some expert knowledge to decipher. Any help...

Thanks for this, but ive been trying this. Even editing the workflow that previously worked.
