Mobile View Template Design
Could someone help explain why the mobile view doesn't reflow content in a better order by default. I'll try and explain.

Then when i try and move the elements in mobile view only it affects the desktop view. I've used systems before where this functionality was built in out the box. I'm hoping it's an easy fix or setting we've missed.
