Hi we are looking to have a view/report on projects and how long they sit at certain status' in order to create efficiencies and reduce bottlenecks.Is there a way to do this along with having an alert to notify when a project has sat at a certain status for x amount of days?

Some of our team members are trying to bulk download documents in requests but either nothing happens or an error occurs.I have tried as well and getting the same issue. There isn't any issue status on the website so not sure why this is happening. 

Our team currently doesn't use resource management. I want to start slow by adding hours to issues people are working on as a starting point to view capacity.Is there a way to set a default amount of hours for requests submitted?
