  • I second what @JustinRenteria2 said because I had the same "issue" with one of my users. She was always to quick to let go. Once she realized that the black box is where it needed to go it was not problem at all.

  • Thanks, we think it might have something to do with the fact that a name/names were added when the issue was added. Once we remove the name/names from the issue and then convert it to a task and add the name back in we get the automatic reminders correctly.
