Hi Amy! It didn't impact our SSO at all either - thank you!! Very strange though... lol. I will try to remember to come back and resolve that second part if I ever come across the issue of e-sign for non-users!

Hmmm. So the Issue ALWAYS go back to New once it's converted to a Project? So you would need to go into the details and see if it was linked to a resolving project every time?
