I am facing the same issue, and I have used personalEmail.address out of the box field.

Yes both the datasets and schema are profile enabled.

Profiles are not generating for a streaming ingested dataset. I can see the data in datasets and via query service. But when I am searching for profiles it's not coming.            

Yes it's batch segment, and I have checked it after a 24hrs window, even then it's giving me 0 count in qualified profile. 

I have created a simple segment in AJO, but I am always getting zero in 'Qualified Profiles Count' even after getting a count in "Estimated Profiles'.
