  • @R_Kephart - Unfortunately, due to the way the to do list is structured, I don't believe it's recoverable. It may be worth a call to Support to be extra sure on that though. It also may be a good suggestion to post in Ideas that To Do List items should be recoverable.

  • Hi @KasiaTe1 - I know this question is a little older, but just commenting to say this one might be better to call Workfront Support about. It's hard to tell what's happening here without being able to dive into your instance and they would be able to do that.

  • Hi @flieckster - (Unfortunately) it's only possible in the system to prevent users to logged time to closed projects. This might be a good one to add to the ideas section of Experience League though - I know I would find a benefit in having this feature!
