Text Mode Help: Concatenate Multiple Values

Hello Community! I'm looking for some text mode help:

 

1. I want to concatenate values from multiple fields, but when a user selects one option and then another, Workfront concatenates the values from both fields (it's not a multi-select). Does anyone have a workaround to choose only the value from the most current field)?
2. I also want to try to concatenate values across 50+ fields that all start with the same word, let's just say they all contain "Objective" - is there a way to say IF (field) CONTAINS "Objective" CONCAT "Value"? (this way you don't have to make sure you have all 50 fields in the formula)

re1 what do you mean by "most current field"?

re2 I think you will unfortunately need to build very long formula that will explicitly include all 50+ fields
