I have a scenario were I'd like to remove the change status ability on the issue when its run.  I found the Share object in API Explorer but wasn't clear on how I could remove Change status.  Has anyone done something like this and could provide a bit of guidance (thanks in advance)?    

RobSt - I'm not sure what object this form is sitting on but have you considered using business rules?  Those can be triggered on edits to check data and provide message to user why info cant be updated...just a thought.

Surya, This is a limitation of ProofHQ, it doesn't share the foundational Team, Group components of Workfront.  You've done what the workaround available which is setting up automated templates with individual names (but yes individuals change).  Wish I could provide better news 

Hi Carol, The hours are the hours so as you allocate in one team, it will reduce and if you go into the other team you should see the hours left (or not allocated).  You could change the filter to select both resource teams together and make your changes that way if it feels easier to see everything...
