  • Hi Christina, Well I was referring to Tasks in that response. For Projects it appears the Actual Start Date is unchanged by the Status change to Current. I believe it simple reflects the date the project was created and is unphased by any changes to the Planned Start Date or underlying tasks. Vic ...

  • Just thought of something else. Are you both using Chrome? I've sometimes seen IE or Edge missing some selections.

  • You would need a Planner license. So if the other person has a Plan license and you have a Work license, that would be the result. I assume you have a Plan license (or Admin) since you created a Template, but just thought I'd throw that out just in case.

  • We don't have any projects that have been cancelled by the virus (yet), but if and when we do, I would handle as you have depicted here. We would put the Project Status to On Hold. If it's Cancelled I'd move it to 'Dead'. For Capacity Planning purposes, for the On Hold project I would also update th...

  • I got a voice mail from WF a little earlier that indicated they were reverting some code that was pushed out that they believe caused this issue. It appears that this has fixed the problem for us (again CL01). Hoping it resolved it for others as well.

  • I think I solved the mystery of the missing Portfolio Optimizer. With the licensing change WF implemented this year, it appears it requires a higher plan. We use Pro (which apparently means we lost this feature).

  • Ha ha – I love the Big Important Date term. Yeah Erich hit me up anytime. In fact [insert shameless plug  ] we are presenting at Leap this year on how we use the API on Projects. It's a Technical session called - Using the API for Project Hygiene and it's on Monday 4/27 at 1pm local time. I'm sure ...

  • Hi Alex, I'm actually seeing people with a Work license able to use that function. As long as they have View access to the project I'm seeing it show for them. Not sure what's happening on your instance. Are you hitting the People tab during your testing? I realize this is a "is it plugged in" quest...
