  • I upvoted both, but this one Vicky posted has a lot move votes and still has the "Planned" designation. So perhaps we should load up on this one.

  • Hi Travis, There's a couple of ways you can go with this. I'll work from easiest to most difficult. While #3 is most difficult, it might be the best option in the long run to save you from this trouble. You can simply send her a link to the report by copying the URL and sending it to her. She doesn'...

  • Yeah. It also says In Trouble when I first create a project. It's been like that for the 6 years we've had WF. So basically we don't use that field at all. We change the Condition Type to Manual and the Condition to On Target. And we use a custom field to display our project condition.

  • Hi Brian, Ah that's actually the beauty of WF's design in this case. You don't need a wildcard or anything. You just create the report and filter on what you want (i.e. Tasks scheduled for this week). When the reports (in the dashboard) appear in the tab in the project. It inherently filters on that...

  • Ahhhh, that's what I didn't catch. I thought you had created the column with a field as opposed to in the report. Unfortunately I don't think you can do that. I tried some text mode in the filter but couldn't get it to work. I think the problem is the field isn't established in the database so WF is...

  • To piggy back on to Doug's idea, you can use one ID per vendor and use an email distribution list (DL) for each vendor that contains all the vendor's folks. Then tagged comments will go to all of them.

  • Hi Aidan, OK I didn't realize you were talking about a calculated field. You should still be able to find your filed name the same way though. But it won't prepopulate the selections so you'll have to spell out the selection you wan (Missing). But I don't see you setting this field to Missing in thi...
