I understand it is nice that when ALL is clicked all of the check boxes are selected. But we have fields where ALL would never be used. If we don't turn this off, can we at least make it optional and the Admin can choose to have it or leave it off?

Leslie, what type of boards are you using? Dynamic? If not using dynamic or connected cards, how do you report, log time and see all of these as admins on these? 

We added a custom form on a person's profile which contains information similar to what you asked for. It wasn't on the role, but the person's profile and we could report on that. Would that work for what you wanted?
