Hi, wouldn't it be possible to add the last note column to your view? Then you wouldn't have to click on it to see the note. I've done that in the past and it seemed to work for me.  Just a suggestion while you are waiting for your idea to be approved and put on the roadmap.

I understand it is nice that when ALL is clicked all of the check boxes are selected. But we have fields where ALL would never be used. If we don't turn this off, can we at least make it optional and the Admin can choose to have it or leave it off?

We added a custom form on a person's profile which contains information similar to what you asked for. It wasn't on the role, but the person's profile and we could report on that. Would that work for what you wanted?
