    Hi WFCEB, One way that we do this:In the setup screen under Custom Forms, we created a few called FORM ID.   We added a column CUSTOM FORM >> ID to show us the Workfront ID for the form.   In fusion, we can use this to filter out all other forms. Hope this helps. Scott
