If I had to do it by hand, I could update the sharing settings on the Task/Issue to only allow View access to the original assignees, revoking the Contribute/Manage access they had previously.  If Fusion is...

  • This bug has caused untold angst in my organization with people thinking their comments are being completely ignored. Including by me initially, when I didn't realize this didn't work either. It does seem to work if it's a connected card, and comments made in either locations do show in the feed app...

  • That information can be located in Setup -> System -> Audit Logs. Those reports will contain record of any system modifications that are performed within the Setup area along with user access attempts. That will not reflect changes on records (tasks, projects etc), only configuration changes like "W...

  • I thought this was a problem with my IT department blocking the notification emails as spam, but now perhaps I'm wrong. I haven't gotten the correct notifications in awhile either, but just got in the habit of checking every morning until I could ask IT for help. When you go to the Team section in t...

  • Ohh, high volume would definitely make that a pain. Our volume is similar, and I wouldn't want to train my people on that either.  From a functionality standpoint, it would depend on whether Fusion is an available tool for your org. In mine, I'd accomplish the goal that way. Have Fusion watch for a ...

  • The project's designated condition is continuing to degrade because the project settings for 'Condition Type' are likely set to Progress Status. If you want to be able to fix the Condition of a project in place while it's on-hold you can change that flag to Manual on the project.  If you really want...

  • While this is not natively supported by Workfront, it is can be done in your browser. Instructions below are the ones I use for Chrome, and an example of what WF looks like once it's enabled.  How to force dark mode on websites that do not support itIf you want to force dark mode for websites that d...

  • This is a common pain point for many of our orgs. I'm not all the way through implementing this for mine yet, but the plan is to review all of the Templates with their respective process owners to get them as close to good as we can, and then I'm locking the world out of modifying Templates complete...

  • Yes, please! The data governance and reportability on those objects is critically lacking without the ability to do more than write nice pretty descriptions. (Or worse, write less-than-pretty descriptions not realizing the entire user-base can see what I think are sys-admin notes.)
