Have you checked what layout template you've been assigned?  It should be listed in your user profile (right below the access level).  The main menu options can be customized in layout templates (under the Setup area of WF), so it's possible that your current layout template doesn't have the options...

I was able to tweak the custom API call in my test scenario to at least output the related jobs roles.  I'm still a Fusion newbie, so I'll defer to the more experienced here for how to iterate through the different roles in order to assign the tasks properly.
