We have projects that are no longer being published as Request Queues but are still showing up in users' Recent Paths. The only way I can see to get rid of them is to move the project status to Pending. Is there something else I should be doing to hide these from the Recent Paths list?

Is it possible to add a digital signature to a PDF that is attached to a request when the request has been approved? I assume Fusion would be involved, but I was wondering about how that works. Thanks! -Roy

Creating a prompted report to search for teams is the best way I know of dealing with this issue. It has a typeahead, and the report can return the team owner, members, and a clickable link directly to the team page. We have hundreds of teams so this is the only way I look for teams anymore.
