Thank you, Anthony! I will look forward to that in 2021 then.

Can you have a calculated field on a custom form that references custom data on a selected project in a typeahead field on that form? - Workfront 17-11-2020
On a request custom form (in a request queue project), we have a typeahead field that references a project the request is related to. Can we pull custom field data from that project into a calculated field on the request custom form? If the question isn't clear, please let me know and I can provide additional context. Thanks!

Re: Exporting a report with a view that is not the default - Workfront 29-09-2020
I am using the New Experience and there appears to be more to the problem. If a created view (which uses text mode in some columns, I don't know if this is relevant) is used as the report default, when a new view is selected, while that view displays, the name of the selected view does not show in the View dropdown, instead "Report Default" shows and the Report Default view exports. However, if a standard Workfront view without text mode is used as the report default view, these issues don't occ...

Exporting a report with a view that is not the default - Workfront 21-09-2020
When exporting a report, I can only get the Report Default view to export. Although I can apply other created views in Workfront, they will not export. Is there ‚‚a workaround for getting alternative views to export or do I need to create a new report with the view I want to export as the default view? Thanks!

Re: Type to filter teams - Workfront 31-01-2020
Creating a prompted report to search for teams is the best way I know of dealing with this issue. It has a typeahead, and the report can return the team owner, members, and a clickable link directly to the team page. We have hundreds of teams so this is the only way I look for teams anymore.

Re: Project's most recently completed task and next task due - Workfront 15-01-2020
Thanks for your response, Vic. We actually do have a dashboard that shows tasks due today, next week, etc, which is particularly useful for those who are completing tasks to manage their work. However, the project managers (as well as their supervisors) would like to see a list of projects showing the last task on that project that was completed (regardless of when that was) and, preferably on the same report, the next task that's due on that project. It's basically a snapshot of where all projec...

Project's most recently completed task and next task due - Workfront 14-01-2020
Hi Roy, I invite you to adapt this Project Level textmode trick to pull back (I'd suggest, in two separate columns) both recently completed (e.g. Actual Completion Date within the past X days) and the next (Handoff Date not blank and Actual Completion Date blank) Tasks. Regards, Doug Doug Den Hoed - AtAppStore

Report of proofing workflow? - Workfront 06-11-2019
Hi- I am relatively new to Workfront and was wondering if it's possible to create a Proof Approvals report filtered by which automated workflow template was applied. Thanks! Roy Mesler Systems Analyst Transportation Research Board The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine
