Sometimes, the to-be assigned resource would like his/her organizational reporting manager who is not part of the project team, to be included on the reply to the requestor. Having the ability to include additional people on a reply would be helpful.

When a project is opened, all of the tasks - both parent and children - are displayed. For ease of use while using the project, some of the parent tasks are collapsed which works well in the current session.
