  • Hi @RohitNa1 If you're using Excel, there's now a setting  that will disable this indefinitely.  On PC, these are under File > Options > Data > Automatic Data Conversion.

  • Hi @GavinSi - like gmadala mentioned, there are definitely differences in CJA. Specifically for entry and exit dimensions, you can use persistence settings.  Create a duplicate copy of the dimension.  On the duplicate copy, adjust the persistence settings.  For entry page, you'd do first known / ses...

  • Hi @CRichwine - I wrote a blog post that covers my suggestion on this. This link will take you right to that section.  Some other areas might help with best practices as well.  Hope it helps!

  • In these cases, I often find it easiest to use a flow visualization and create a segment that shows the logic I want to replicate.  In this example from our sandbox, I build a flow starting with homepage.  Then I right clicked on search results page and selected create segment from this path.  The s...

  • For dimensions, pathing can be set up for props.  This will create an entry and exit version of the dimension.  Classic example is entry page and exit page.  You'll know those are visit-based by the entry and exit portion of the dimension name. I'm not sure if there's documentation on metrics, but I...

  • You can update the calendar settings if the option your company uses is a standard one.  Not exactly sure what all that updates in traditional Analytics and any issues that could cause. Doesn't help in AA, but in CJA you can change more settings and they're applied retroactively.  You can set the fi...

  • hi @DhanA2 - you're right CJA uses derived field to set marketing channels.  Those changes are retroactive.  Changes to AA marketing channel rules are not retroactive. However, in most cases you'll likely be parsing the same values and scenarios.  I'm not sure I fully understand your mention of sens...

  • Agree with Nick.  It's definitely best to try to create as much consistency as possible.  The sandboxes will hold your datasets and each connection can combine datasets from a sandbox.  But multiple data views can be based on the same connection, if desired. When setting up your data view components...

  • Hi @Ricardo-33  - I can see your screenshots and if I understand your question correctly, you want to do something similar to this scenario from demo data screenshot.   How many AMO clicks were there per homepage page views.  In this table, I can select both metrics (and homepage dimension filter ab...

  • That's correct.  Be aware that the function doesn't count values that are included in (Low Traffic).  That caveat can cause large discrepancies depending for dimensions that receive very high volume of unique values. Here's documentation for the function itself.  And that documentation links to deta...
