What analytics tool are you migrating from?  If you're currently using Adobe Analytics, you can use the Analytics Data Connector to forward event data to AEP. 

As far as I know, there's no way to create diverging bar charts within Analytics.  I believe this is a case where you'd need to export your data to another tool or select another visualization type.

You'd be running a query based upon your selections.  If you want row-level data in Power BI, you'd need to use a table populated by an Adobe Data Feed.
