I use this field on my own Project Reports and can confirm it works as a project view column. You can try adding one more line to it but it shouldn't make a differencenamekey=totalOpTaskCount

Hi Mollie. Not exactly, instead, we have the actual hours column, and the project coordinators can easily compare the xlsx that's emailed weekly if they need to dive into the change in hours. For us it's more about flagging those with 0 or if they seem low, than monitoring how many hours were logged...

One thing I'll add to Skye's screenshot is for me the advanced area must be filled in prior to hitting the blue search button. It goes away once I pull up results

That's an interesting use case. I think it might be worthwhile if you set up a "help me solve" braindate where you can screen share and walk us through what you're doing now, and the rest of us chime in and make suggestions.
