In AEM forms, we'd like the 'Short description' field to be displayed below the field's label, instead of below the input box itself.  Is there a way to do this with the out-of-the-box fields in AEM?  I looked around for a setting in the form and theme but didn't see anything.

Yeah, it's very strange that styles for each field type (text, dropdown, etc.) have to be consistent across the DOR.

I haven't found a solution yet, I thought maybe updating to Sp16 would help, but tables still look the same in my custom DOR templates:If I use the 'Default' template the table looks correct: 

We have ran into this issue as well.  It would be great if the PDF stayed interactive within Proof.  If users have to download a document outside of Proof to review it, there's little reason to use the proofing system at all.  

This has been resolved.  It turns out that if you use an <hr> tag in a Text component the Document of Record (DOR) will not generate or preview properly. We removed the <hr> tags and the DOR generated properly. We're on 6.5.16, OSGI, On-Prem, not sure if this happens in other versions of AEM.   

I'm building an adaptive form in AEM Forms, I have the 'Document of Record Template Configuration' setting set to 'Generate Document of Record'.  I'm getting a 'DoR Template Parsing Exception' error when I try to preview the Document of Record  via the 'Generate Preview' button in the forms builder ...

Can you not assign a project to a team?  I know you can assign a request/issue to a team, but I'm unable to assign a team as the owner of a project. I'm assuming this is by design, but it's a bit confusing where you can and can't use teams/groups/etc.

I don't see this button in Workfront anymore.  Has this functionality been moved or removed?
