If your workflow is pretty linear and you don't have multiple tasks with the same predecessor, I think those filters might do the trick.

It sounds like this may be a good starting point for the filters in your task report:Task >> Can Start Equal TrueTask >> Is Complete Equal FalseIs there more that you want to see?

I would also love this fix. I recommend that my users omit hours from requests in the Resourcing tools, but it would be helpful to include them without having to manually adjust them every time.
