Hi @Vapsy, Thank you for your response, in this scenario the issue was global but there was no update on the status page, looks like there was some OOM error. it would be really helpful if these components can be monitored.

@Sukrity_Wadhwa is there any way to customise the DB utilisation/performance alerting threshold. I think currently it's at 85℅ Any other way around if we want the notifications to trigger at around 75/80

Can I modify the thresholds, I want to set up warning for 60-70 and critical for above 70 Is that possible?

Does ACS need such allow list? I guess no but if I did add one,  wil I never be asked for the verification code etc which pops up sometimes while loging in to ACS UI?

@Sukrity_Wadhwa in the link provided above there is a Tracking logs section, it shows the image for the different events for the delivery from the user.Can you tell me why are times off, in the image mirror page time is less than open, similar after opt out , the click event time is recorded.
