Starting April 15th, Campaign Control Panel is offering three new exciting capabilities:

Database monitoring:

The functionality allows you to view the database capacity provided and used at different levels of granularity over time. Logging to Performance Monitoring card you can view Min, Max, and Average of the Database space used as well as the total capacity provided, for all instances of Adobe Campaign, to which you have an access to. Email alerting:

In conjunction with the monitoring feature we have rolled our automated alerts – once subscribed the instance you will receive an email: 1) when Database space reaches 80% and 90% of its capacity; 2)SSL certificate is soon to be expired; 3)SFTP server is 80% or 90% full. We also include limited information on how to remedy the state and what are the potential impacts of each alert.

Consider signing up for alerts, we won't spam you!

Google TXT record management:

Functionality allows addition of Google TXT records through the Campaign Control Panel for improved inbox rates with Google Emails (GMAIL). Now, you or your deliverability consultants can add Google TXT record to each subdomain through the Control Panel without customer care or TechOps assistance.

Try the features, and let us know if you have feedback, questions.

Cheers,

Your Control Panel Team
