Hi Megan...In the past for other events, I worked with the event organizers to post the content somewhere centralized, then would post a link here in experience league. That would probably work for you too.

@yc3 I don't have a template immediately handy (usually I just copy one of my working ones right now and reuse some of the stuff that I keep constant for all my suites - yeah.. not great practice I know...), but I will create one and share it out.. I will try to get this to you by next week.
