As you and Mandy both mentioned... the Segment builder is limited to Hit, Visit and Visitor...    I suspect your best best is to analyze this information outside of Adobe Analytics...  Possibly using Report Builder to extra data and using Excel VBA to help process the data... or to use Raw Data Feed...
