  • Me too! Sub-Item segmentation is long overdue! I am really looking forward to that release.

  • Hi,   mine looks exactly like yours... maybe it's in how it's created?   I selected the two columns I wanted to divide, right clicked and selected "create metric from selection" > "divide"       Then, Adobe had the division in the wrong order (but I also wanted to ensure it was displayed as percent...

  • Hi,   I want to first be sure I understand all your details and what you are trying to achieve.   So first, in your tracking (s.products), you have your standard revenue, and a merchandising eVar that specifies on each product if it was "discounted" or "full price", right? Something like:   s.produc...

  • It should exclude all the hits after the sequence, not the visit.. but this is where testing comes in, testing sequences that start with and then have other pages, hitting pages then ending with the sequence, having the sequence in the middle, and even having the sequence but with pages in-between (...

  • I will usually test several sequences using new incognito sessions in my QA environment.   I will take note of all my ECIDs (which I track in an eVar), or if you don't have that, use something like a campaign code ("test1", "test2", "test3", etc) so that you can isolate each test.   Then I will test...

  • Good luck!   Personally, I am not a fan of curating access... everyone has access to all metrics and dimensions in our organization.   It's just tools and permissions to create things like permanent segments / calculated metrics, etc that I curate to ensure that our components list stays organized. ...

  • Double check that the dimension is also added to permissions in the admin console... it may have been an oversight when setting up all the suite permissions.   Edit: particularly if you have curated access rules and didn't just put "All Metrics and Dimensions"

  • Low resolutions like that might indicate smart watches? I don't know how smart watches might be identified... also what version of the SDK are you running? It's possible that if you are running an older version, the proper identification for these devices aren't available?   You should be able to te...

  • This segment, I believe will pull back ALL pages following the sequence, not just the immediate page after Page B.     If you look at the sequence built by the "Next Item" panel, they have additional logic to exclude the remaining pages.     HITS [     HIT Container [         Page (non-repeating ins...
