I'm curious to see the responses to this question. I'm thinking that should you need a "multi-faceted" category affinity, you'll probably be recommended to get Adobe Target Premium and use the Recommendations functionality there. Subscribed!

To clarify for all that read this in the future. @nzchris was correct. My mistake was using the "Clicked on mbox" option. By the time the user clicks, my custom mbox hadn't been created yet, the click was the action to create the mbox. I switched to using "viewed an mbox

Changes in one workspace don't affect the other workspaces unless they are published, at which time you'll be prompted to merge the new changes into any unpublished workspaces...
