I missed this requirement: The content of the slides should not be modified by Target to allow for the merchandising team to publish content updates to the default carousel component as needed Is it feasible that the features could be hosted as images published by their content management system or something? Either that or can the HTML be referenced in a static file somewhere that you could then reference and place into your experience?

I believe all of this can be maintained as one activity, you'll just need lots of audience refinements and experiences. I think you'd likely have to use the forms-based experience builder for this. I'm not sure if it could be accomplished the the Adobe Target Visual Experience Composer. I'm curious to see what others recommend here. Experience 1It sounds like, for the default experience that everyone sees once, you'll set a profile parameter to ensure that everyone only sees it once. See the ref...

I assume you mean in the reports tab in an activity, correct? Daily will be your absolute conversion rate for each day in the time series graph. Per the documentation, “Running Average” reflects the cumulative conversions (from the start of the reporting window to the date represented on the graph) divided by the cumulative visitors. So let's say I have the following conversions and visitors by date. Note the difference between the the "absolute conversion rate" and "running average conversion r...

In addition to passing the profile parameter, you'd have to maintain an exclusion criteria in your audience definition in the Adobe Target user interface.

To add to what @LordOfTheRings mentioned, you could have the "opt-out" button have an onclick function like the following. function AdobeTargetExperienceUserOptOut() { try { var mboxParameters = {}; mboxParameters["experience.optOut"] = "true"; adobe.target.trackEvent({ "mbox": "target-global-mbox", "params": mboxParameters }); } catch (err) { console.log(err) } }

Is Adobe Target installed via Adobe Launch? If so, there are instructions at the documentation below. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/implementation/vars/config-vars/writesecurecookies.html?lang=en#s.writesecurecookies-in-appmeasurement-and-launch-custom-code-editor

This is a shot in the dark. Are you looping through your experience to apply a click listener to send the events to Adobe. With that loop, are you using forEach? If so, just be careful how you are using it. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/55741747/javascript-foreach-loops-not-working-on-ie11#:~:text=forEach()%20is%20actually%20working,%2C%20not%20supported%20by%20IE11).

What errors are you seeing? I have the following profile script saved and it was working last I checked. var viewedPageGroup_pageGroupName = user.get('viewedPageGroup_pageNameGroup') || 0; if (page.url.toLowerCase().indexOf('www.domain.com/page-name/') > -1) { return true; }

I don't have scripts that I run with Adobe often enough to not have to research this each time I do it; see below for the process that I noted for myself next time I had to run the script. I did find working with the Postman templates that they share quite helpful: https://developers.adobetarget.com/api/#admin-postman-collection:~:text=Admin%20Postman%20Collection,-Postman. @Eric_Vidana , when I'm in the profile scripts editor, it looks like the token for page is page.url instead of currentPage. Or was that just a snippet you shared where you would have used the page.url token above it?

@Knowledgeseeker98, I wonder if your profile script could use some slight adjustment. I'm looking at the documentation below. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/audiences/visitor-profiles/profile-parameters.html?lang=en#section_18EA3B919A8E49BBB09AA9215E1E3F17 Relevant excerpt: if (mbox.name == 'Track_Interest') { if (profile.get('model') == "A5" &&; profile.get('subcat') == "KS6") { return (user.get('A5KS6') || 0) + 1; } } I wonder if you could modify your profile script to be...

In addition to that, if you need trended data, you'll need to loop through the activities listed in the response that you get from the "list-activities" request with requests to "reports".https://developers.adobetarget.com/api/#reports I highly recommend getting started with the Postman collection linked below. https://developers.adobetarget.com/api/#admin-postman-collection

Have you used the mBoxtrace debugging method to ensure that the profile parameter is set when a user logs in at least once? Then, when the user comes back, does the profile parameter still exist? https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/target/using/activities/troubleshoot-activities/content-trouble.html#section_256FCF7C14BB435BA2C68049EF0BA99E

@thomasm46556898 thanks for coming back to answer the question for the community. No rush on this but, if you have the time, I'd like to hear a little more about your consent setup. The cookie consent manager that I work with instructs to create suppression conditions for rules based on the consent provided by the user, e.g., block advertising-associated tags when they elect for functional trackers only.

Thanks @Amelia_Waliany . Your developers can see the the process that I followed with my incredibly messy Python script. If it is helpful, I can provide the contents of the supporting functions. In short, a report segmented by day should be available in the user interface. def main(): # Get array of date ranges to query the API with. dateRange = create_date_range_array(startDate, endDate) # Testing # print(dateRange) # Create list to store reports from the API reportsArray = [] # Loop through da...

Currently it is not possible to add a date or timeframe dimension to a report in Adobe Target when one doesn't have access to Analytics for Target. Thanks for the options, @ryanr701. It's a little disappointing to hear that there isn't a user interface option to download by date. Is there some way to submit this as a requested feature? I'll take a look at the API options. I do already have a API connection setup so most of the work is done there.

I'm reviewing the results of a recent A/B test. I've selected by date range, changed the reporting methodology to visits, and exported the resulting data to CSV. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a method to download the data by date. Is this not possible with Adobe Target? Note that I do not use Adobe Analytics. This seems like a fairly basic functionality that I'm likely just missing. I've searched this forum and the documentation and I can't find anything about exporting the data by date.

I'm curious to see the responses to this question. I'm thinking that should you need a "multi-faceted" category affinity, you'll probably be recommended to get Adobe Target Premium and use the Recommendations functionality there. Subscribed!

To clarify for all that read this in the future. @nzchris was correct. My mistake was using the "Clicked on mbox" option. By the time the user clicks, my custom mbox hadn't been created yet, the click was the action to create the mbox. I switched to using "viewed an mbox

I have a forms experience setup on me homepage using the global mbox. I've setup click tracking but I'm not seeing the metrics aggregate in reporting. I have a backup metric that counts pageviews of the pages where the links go. So I know users are seeing these pages but the clicks aren't registering as I would expect. See below for more details. I'm tracking clicks using the following script (there are five buttons across five image carousel slides). // Adobe Target Tracking document.querySelec...

@nickolaslago , can you clarify what you are referring to here? Is it building experiences in the Adobe Target Visual Experience Composer or are you referring to Apple's Internet Tracking Protection (ITP) and its interaction with some of the tracking mechanisms that Adobe Target relies on? https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/target/using/implement-target/before-implement/privacy/apple-itp-2x.html
