Found the error, multiple jdk versions installed installed. Removed all but one jdk 8 and it working fine now.

Try Removing the following line from crx-quickstart/conf/sling.properties:org.osgi.framework.system.capabilities=${eecap-${java.specification.version}}and start AEM it should work, worked for me.

I found the issue, there were some invalid entries in the Target Mapping folder which were causing the issue, I removed the invalid target mapping which resolved the issue. I can access the target mapping now.
