My understanding is that ACS has no embedded poll function (other than
faking a poll that, upon clicked, sends the user to a landing page). We
are starting to work with Live Clicker which does have embeddable polls
(depending on the user's email client), as does their competitor Movable
if there is a fall release happening soon (as this indicates 10/15/19),
where can we see the release notes of what will be in it? When I click
through the link at the top of the thread, it only show release notes
through the June release, so no news about an October release.
ACS does not provide its users with opt-in rate for any channel, nor
with overlapped opt-in rate to see what % of users are opted-in to which
channels. In order to get opt-in rate, you must run custom workflows and
figure it out yourself. This is perhaps the #1 data point needed to
understand your email / push / etc list, and I think ACS should
calculate it for us out of the box.
There is no dashboard where I can permanently save KPIs that are
important to me, have the data always accessible to me, have
visualization charts to show me trends in that data, and be able to
change the time period when I look at it. For example, key data that I
suspect all users of ACS may want to know:1. Opt-In rate by channel
(email, push, SMS, etc.)2. # of opted-in users by channel3. Email send
volume over time4. Delivery Rate5. Open Rate6. Click Rate7.
Click-to-Open Rate8. Unsub Rate9. Li...
For the past few days and persisting, my dynamic reports do not display
Unique Opens or Unique Clicks - only sends, total opens, total clicks,
unsubs. I can see uniques in the deliveries directly, but no longer when
using dynamic reports (which I rely on). Is anyone else having this
Every ESP I have worked with has some mechanism for tracking how an
email click converts on a client website into a sale, such as placing
the ESP's pixel on an order confirmation webpage. For example, all
retailers need to know how email campaigns drive conversion rate,
orders, linked sales, average order value and revenue per email.
Unfortunately, ACS does not have this pixel and has no means to include
whether or not an email drove a sale in its dynamic reports. One must
log into Adobe Analyti...
When viewing the "hot click" report for a campaign, you can see the
creative with the % of clicks overlaid. I would like to be able to
export this "hot click map" (aka heat map" into a JPEG or PDF so I can
share it with others, paste into a PPT, etc. The only way I can do so
now is if I print my screen, but that often cuts off most of the heat
map image in the current ACS view. This makes heat maps not very
helpful, despite all email marketers wanting to see and leverage them.
In order to send a rich push, such as including a JPEG or video file in
a push, you need to host the asset internally and place the image path
URL into the ACS push campaign. This creates extra steps and requires
the user to have a CMS of some sort to host the images you want. ACS
should allow users to upload images and video assets into ACS to host
for rich push.
I work for a streaming video service and we very much want to be able to
deploy web push notifications should users opt-in when visiting our
website, so that we have a path towards messaging desktop users to drive
visits to our site and/or steer on-site visitors to specific content.
It's frustrating that Adobe only offers push and in-app, as the
competitive vendor set all offer web push. Can we get this on the
