HiIs anyone else having issues with Report Builder today?  I'm trying to refresh a couple of reports with over 100 queries each, but if I try to do more than one or two at a time it crashes with a "A system level error has occurred" message. It's usually fine and I can run the whole thing in one go....

We have some dimensions in our data that contain commas. When we do a data warehouse extract, these columns are breaking the layout because the file is comma separated and the columns aren't enclosed in quotes. Is there anyway to tell DW to add quotes round columns in the extract, or any way to extr...

Looks like merchandising evars don't work.  The data never came through.  I changed the data source to populate a standard evar and it's come through just fine.

I've come up with a work around - I've added a custom code condition that writes an entry into session storage with the name of the video, and only returns true if the session object isn't present.This seems to have worked and means the calls are only being triggered once per session.

We are using the Media Events in Launch to trigger start/25%/50%/75%/100% video tracking.  The problem is that all the videos on the site are short looped ones, so we are getting loads of duplicated events as the video triggers. Is there a way to set the Media events to only trigger once per video? ...

Right, we've solved this in Workspace using a flow visualisation and the evar that is set at the same time as the event fires: (e220 fires to say chat interaction, and v165 has the details of what the interaction was)  Now for the real question... how to do this in Report Builder?  I think I'm going...
