Looks like merchandising evars don't work.  The data never came through.  I changed the data source to populate a standard evar and it's come through just fine.

I've come up with a work around - I've added a custom code condition that writes an entry into session storage with the name of the video, and only returns true if the session object isn't present.This seems to have worked and means the calls are only being triggered once per session.

Right, we've solved this in Workspace using a flow visualisation and the evar that is set at the same time as the event fires: (e220 fires to say chat interaction, and v165 has the details of what the interaction was)  Now for the real question... how to do this in Report Builder?  I think I'm going...
