Hi @Jcosta16 - The only option would be another task status (No Review Needed, Approved with Changes?) that equates to Complete that they could select instead of the Complete - Pending Approval.
Hi @kayleeric7 - You could use a collection text mode for tasks on a project report. You need some type of identifier though for this on the task type that you want to pull (such as Template Task ID, Task Name, or Milestone ID). The text mode for all are below (swap ENTER X for the needed criteria)....

Hi @BeckyK3 - Workfront has a similar concept to distribution lists built into the tool. If you create a team with those 4 people, you could tag the team and then all 4 users will be notified (assuming that you have the notification "Someone includes my team on a directed update" on for them)
Hi @sethuanand2626 - If you're a System Admin, you should be able to go to Proofing in the Waffle Menu and then you can go to Contacts in the Proofing Tool area, select the contacts, and then choose to Export to CSV. Hope that helps!

Hi @RyanMcGee - The "My Folders" on your screenshot isn't technically a folder, so that's why it is not shareable. If you go to Add New > Folder and create a folder, it will go in that section, and then you can share it out
