I'm glad to know I'm not the only one with the Reports section taking a long time to load! I started to notice the latency when we got to thousands of reports (which happens fast), when the number was less the load time wasn't significant.

Hi @Halie_Baer - That's exactly how I've used it in the past. Project Sponsor is requester so they get updates, can pull reports easier. Then the Project Owner is the person actually managing the tasks and day-to-day.

Hi @Jcosta16 - The only option would be another task status (No Review Needed, Approved with Changes?) that equates to Complete that they could select instead of the Complete - Pending Approval. 

Hi @kayleeric7 - You could use a collection text mode for tasks on a project report. You need some type of identifier though for this on the task type that you want to pull (such as Template Task ID, Task Name, or Milestone ID).
