We filter out projects with a status of Dead, Complete, or On Hold to prevent them from appearing in the Workload Balancer.     These are shared system-wide. Depending on your organization this may not make sense; sharing with a specific team like Project Management may be better.

A user was assigned to a project before a role was assigned to the user (they are moonlighting in a role for a bit). Is there some way in the project to bulk reassign/edit the role for that user or do we need to go into each task and reassign manually?
