Can you please make the Mobile app better? As an Admin, I want it easier to see my Dashboard with all the reports on it. As of now, to get to my reports is very difficult, and it's not even in the responsive view.

I'm adding to a custom form, and because product codes will change annually, I want to have a hyperlink to google sheets for requester to select the right code. I don't want the codes listed in the custom form since these aren't final.

We would like a Gantt Chart based on Programs not projects. Currently WF does not have this feature in reporting... WF Gantt charts will only show either Projects or Tasks. Anyone else need this type of reporting?

Would be nice to lock folders so requesters cannot see assets until ready for them to review. Currently, requesters are viewing the "review" files that are meant for the art directors. Only solution we found was to "unshare" the requester from the project. Not ideal I must say.

Is there a "fix" that will show any updates in Tasks will roll up into the Project updates? Currently, they are buried, and extremely difficult users to find these updates/comments. ETA on this?

I'd rather see the USER first, then the project so I can see the capacity sooner rather than all the click downs. We have multiple projects assigned to designers and need a quick view on capacity... not the "Role". Also, would be nice to export the view as an excel sheet.

Yes, totally agree, this has been one of the biggest problems we have with WF.

The Project name should be first when notifying instead stating: "An Update was made to the project you are subscribed to..." Should be " Subscription Update: Name of Project" An Update was made to the project XYZ is way too long... should be a quick glance on the title, not clicking on it first.
