Subscription Notifications

The Project name should be first when notifying instead stating:

"An Update was made to the project you are subscribed to..."

Should be " Subscription Update: Name of Project"

An Update was made to the project XYZ is way too long... should be a quick glance on the title, not clicking on it first.
