To answer your question, Nope, there is no option to decrypt or encrypt data files to/from AEP. The only gpg encryption you can do in AEP is for tag values itself, but this is not for files.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/tags/api/guides/encrypting-values.html?lang=en
