The feature to add or remove customers from segments in Journey Optimizer is a great idea! 

I second that, it would be a great value add to provide this kind of flexibility @digitalNick !

@garrettchung Could you please elaborate your statement "Facilitate management of Segments, bulk creation and allow adjustments in the UI." How do you create segments in bulk without API?

I think you have to solve it by using custom JS code in that case.

@J2_2  I think you can use 'Rules' to mitigate this risk. So, one approach could be that you can set up a 'Value Comparison' condition in your rule to validate that page.name[0].length" is greater than 0, then you can fire an event to use the data element. Hope this solves your problem.
