I already entirely with Jennifer. It sounds to me like a timing issue. I would debug your website to see how your tags are firing then double check your implementation.
I believe that you will need to talk to your company's product admin for this one. They should be able to reset your password and make sure you have the correct accesses.

There are many things that could cause this. From increase in bot traffic, to change in implementation. I am currently not aware of anything changing with how Adobe calculates this metric. Personally I like to look at engagement rate rather than bounce rate, as I think it gives more value.
